POLICY
● Returns: For the health and safety of our gorgeous customers, Barelip Cosmetic Kollection does not accept any returns or exchanges. Unfortunately, due to the low cost of our products, all sales are final. Barelip Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse any returns at this time.
● We hold no responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen once USPS confirms delivery. Please contact your local postal service for any additional questions concerning your order.
● Refunds: Refunds are only applicable if items were incorrectly sent or missing from your order. We also will allow a refund if our company makes a mistake with a customer's address. Your request for a refund must be made within 48 hours of
the product being delivered.
● Shipping: Please note that shipping takes place Monday-Friday before 5 p.m. Any orders placed over the weekend/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
● All orders are placed through the U.S Postal Service. Please allow 3-5 days for processing and up to 7-10 business days for shipping (no holidays or weekends). Please be aware that all packages may be delayed due to COVID-19 pandemic.
● Once items are shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to the email provided with your purchase.
● When placing your order please ensure that all billing and shipping information is correct. Barelip Cosmetics is not responsible for any incorrect information provided. Please be aware that if you have provided an incorrect address and package has been sent out, no refund will be granted.
● At checkout, please be sure that your order is 100% correct before submitting your purchase. There will be no order changes allowed once payment is completed.
● Sorry, Barelip Cosmetic Kollection does not hold any responsibilities for any lost or stolen items once they are deemed delivered.
