2. ARE ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN AND CRUELTY-FREE?

Yes, All our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We take pride in ensuring that all of the products are perfected and of the highest quality.


3. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO WE ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and many more in the future 

 

4. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

ll orders are shipped from our branch in New Jersey.  For domestics orders please allow up to 3-5 business days for process and 7-10 business days for shipping. Please remember that all shipments may be delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.


5. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping inside the U.S is $7.25 for flat rate shipping

6. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?

Due to new terms and conditions, starting March 1st, 2020, all orders requesting to be canceled before a shipping label has been generated will be subjected to a 3% transaction fee for the total price of the order. Any orders requesting to be canceled after a shipping label has been generated cannot be completed and are subjected to initial shipping.  If you would like to cancel an order, please send us an email immediately. 


7. HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?

Unfortunately Barelip Cosmetic Kollection does not accept any returns or exchanges due to COVID-19 to ensure safety for all our customers.

8. MY ORDER WAS RETURNED TO THE SENDER BECAUSE I SUPPLIED THE WRONG ADDRESS.  CAN YOU RESHIP MY ORDER?

Incorrect addresses submitted cannot be reshipped or refunded.  Please double check your shipping address before you submit all orders.


9. MY PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED WHILE IN TRANSIT.  CAN YOU ISSUE ME A REFUND?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for transit damage.  Once orders leave our headquarters, they are under the responsibility of USPS. All  customers claiming damage will be required to submit a damage claim directly with the USPS and follow their instructions

10. MY PACKAGE WAS LOST OR STOLEN FROM MY ADDRESS.  CAN YOU ISSUE ME A REFUND?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.  Once orders leave our headquarters, they are under the responsibility of USPS. All customers claiming lost or stolen will be required to file a claim directly with the USPS and follow their instructions.

11. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

All items are subjected to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods where demand may outweigh the amount of stock we have, we may not be able to fulfill your order. In this case, we will

let you know as soon as possible and issue a refund immediately.


12. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

13. CAN I RESERVE ITEMS BY ADDING THEM TO MY CART?

All products on Barelip Cosmetics are in stock and available for order (unless noted otherwise). Items can not be reserved by holding them in your cart. Product availability is extremely limited and may sell out before your purchase is completed. Order transactions are completed in the order they receive.

14. ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A PROMOTIONAL TEAM OR BRAND AMBASSADORS?  IF SO, HOW DO I GET ON THE LIST?
